We all want the hallmarks of our lives to be happiness & peace. Wouldn't it be great to actually have a way to achieve that goal in just 365 days? Well, this year you can, with just a little work every day. The key is consistency, working toward this goal a little by a little, day by wonderful day.

The past decade has been one of change, loss, & challenge for so many dear folks. You may have experienced some hardships, miscommunications, & losses yourself. 2012 is the year for all of that to change, because you will change radically, joyfully, & easily:

  • By changing your mind, you can & will change your life.
  • By dropping what no longer serves you, you will have more room in your life for what does serve you, the circumstances & occasions that truly do bring you joy & prosper you.
  • By practicing consistency, you will give yourself a sense of accomplishment & an inner strength that can help you to weather any storms that life may present you in future.

Tool #1: A Course In Miracles

Starting on January 1st, 2012, begin with Lesson 1 in A Course In Miracles. Be sure to take a little time every day to read some of the text & some of The Teacher's Manual in the book, as you do one lesson each day for the whole year.

This interesting book will help you to literally reformat your brain, so that you can enjoy life now, release the past, & practice true forgiveness in a way that you've never done before. It's worth the effort, & the results are nothing short of miraculous. I promise you won't be disappointed!

Tool #2: To Feel Is To Heal

Starting January 1st, 2012, begin reading To Feel Is To Heal, following the instructions on how to fully clear your emotional backlog safely & privately, so that you can truly be free to enjoy the present moment in ever increasing health, happiness, peace, & love.

A Course in Miracles (ACIM for short) is one of the quickest, safest ways to permanently re-format your brain for better overall health ever! I put it well above brain entrainment, simply because you participate at such an intense level with easy, fun, daily lessons.

This tool, along with the emotional health tool, To Feel Is To Heal, & yoga on & off the mat, really does make an enormous difference in one's quality of life.

Thank you for your thoughtful comment & for taking the time during this festive, bustling season to read my little hub. Bless your heart!

It's been my experience that doing just a little tiny bit each day toward my own health & well-being does not in any way intrude on my busy schedule.

The mantras take no more than 11 minutes a day, the yoga can take as little as 5 minutes or as long as an hour, the A Course in Miracles lessons take less than 2 minutes to read & less than 10 minutes to do throughout the day, & To Feel Is To Heal can be done in as little as 5 minutes daily.

So, it's not a huge time commitment, considering that you'll look & feel younger & more vibrant, think more clearly, & really enjoy life & all that it offers.
