We all know by now that feeling fit & feeling fine have everything to do with consistent, daily, interesting, well-rounded exercise routines, healthy food in moderate portions, & a positive mindset.
Do you want to feel fit? How about feeling fine? They do go together!
I'm just an average gal who saw the light & committed to a healthy lifestyle. The commitment deepens as the journey continues.
